Well yesterday when we went to class things were going well in fact I even thought in my head YAY! I can report back to the blog world that I have successfully mastered this! No sooner had I thought my ball rolled off and hit my poor husband in the head who then started laughing because he thought I did on purpose. I am sure the instructor noticed because there was only four of us in class but thankfully she didn't say anything....Looks like I still have some work to do!

In case you were wondering
I blogged a few weeks ago about not being able to do this exercise. Well yesterday when we went to class things were going well in fact I even thought in my head YAY! I can report back to the blog world that I have successfully mastered this! No sooner had I thought my ball rolled off and hit my poor husband in the head who then started laughing because he thought I did on purpose.
